Join us for a four-hour Introduction to Family Constellation Therapy—a powerful, experiential process based on the work of Bert Hellinger. This group workshop offers the chance to explore hidden dynamics in your family system or life experience that may be affecting you in unseen ways.
During this session, several participants will receive a constellation, chosen at random. If you wish to be considered, please come with a clear intention. This could relate to family, relationships, work, health, or any issue where clarity or resolution is needed.
(The topic does not need to be family-related, despite the name.)
What happens in a constellation?
The process begins with the issue-holder stating their intention. Other group members are then invited to stand in as representatives—sometimes for family members, other times for emotions, symptoms, or abstract forces. As the constellation unfolds, Sara gently guides the process, drawing on systemic principles and embodied awareness to reveal hidden patterns and open new perspectives.
You don’t need any prior experience to attend. Whether you receive your own constellation or participate as a representative, the experience can be deeply moving and illuminating.
