In this online series of four classes, Sara will teach you how to journey to the lower world, upper world and and how to perform a soul retrieval.

In the lower world you will connect with your power animal.

In the upper world you will connect with your spiritual teacher.

In the upper world or lower world you will be able to perform a soul retrieval with the help of your spirtual helpers.

Sara learned how to journey twenty years ago through her teacher Lisa Chan, student of Michael Herner.

Since then Sara has faciliatated journeys for horses, dogs, clients and students to support them in connecting to their guides and guardians for healing and restoration.
